About the Role

We are seeking a Controller / Senior Controller to support our corporate management with well-founded analyses, reliable key figures, and clear recommendations for action. This role requires someone who takes responsibility, understands interrelationships, and actively drives improvements, encompassing both strategic and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Participate in budget, forecast, and planning processes.
• Conduct analyses, target-actual comparisons, and variance analyses.
• Independently identify, procure, and prepare relevant data and key figures in close cooperation with specialist departments.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support the analysis of revenue, cost, and performance metrics.
• Assist management and executives with well-founded ad-hoc analyses and business assessments.
• Contribute to cross-departmental projects and the digitalization and automation of finance and controlling processes.
• Collaborate closely with various teams, particularly Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field.
• Structured and meticulous work approach with a clear overview even in complex numerical and factual situations.
• Enjoy understanding interrelationships and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Very good Excel skills and interest in BI tools, automation, and data-driven processes.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation for professional and personal development.
• Proactive initiative and willingness to take responsibility for own tasks.
• Strong team spirit and a pragmatic, solution-oriented work approach.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1).
