About the Role
Provide legal advice for the negotiation and closing of financing, particularly project financing for wind, photovoltaic, and BESS projects. This includes coordinating legal aspects during bank due diligence, supporting the negotiation, closing, and execution of financing documentation, and managing external law firms. Additionally, advise on all legal questions regarding existing financing and support the legal department with general legal matters.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate legal aspects during bank due diligence.
- Support the negotiation, closing, and execution of financing documentation.
- Manage external law firms.
- Advise on all legal questions regarding existing financing.

Requirements
- Completed 1st and 2nd state examinations.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in financing, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Fluent in German and English.
