About the Role

At Keysight's Hachioji site, we plan and develop parametric testers for the electrical measurement and testing of semiconductor wafers. Parametric testers are widely used by many semiconductor companies for process control monitoring in semiconductor manufacturing processes and wafer acceptance testing. Our market share in this area is very high, with almost all major foundries using Keysight's parametric testers. In the research and development department, we engage in a wide range of development activities, from hardware and software development for electrical measurements to system integration. Responsibilities

Designing, developing, testing, and debugging application software and/or firmware required for products
Designing, developing, testing, and debugging software programs, products, and tools required for the operation and control of programmable products and systems
Creating dedicated programs for product shipment and product support
Developing algorithms to align and calibrate equipment
Designing and executing test plans to ensure products meet specifications, functionalities, and performance requirements
Research and development for WTS products and solutions

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree in Engineering or equivalent
4-5 years relevant working experience
Programming skill in C and C++ on Linux
Native Japanese language proficiency and Working English language proficiency
Able to relocate/travel to Hachioji site
