About the Role

Viasat is looking for individuals who think big, act fearlessly, and create an inclusive environment that drives positive impact to join our team. This role provides essential administrative, commercial, and operational support to ensure business success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day administrative, commercial, and operational support for direct and indirect business.
• Foster lasting relationships with customers and internal collaborators.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding pricing, equipment, and subscriptions.
• Create and manage customer orders for approval and shipping.
• Manage customer subscriptions and Value-Added Services (VAS) orders within tooling.
• Create new customer accounts during the onboarding process.
• Maintain Customer Master Data (CMD) across systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and CMD.
• Uphold and follow all governance and compliance processes throughout the order handling and customer lifecycle.
• Build sustainable relationships with key customers.

Requirements

• Experience in similar or comparable roles or fresh graduates are welcome.
• Native Japanese language proficiency.
• Business-level English language proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Organized and diligent, committed to completing activities and processes.
• Experience prioritizing work to meet competing demands.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Flexible team player mentality.
