About the Role
Join Aon in a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both virtually and from the office. This role supports the Growth Operations Leader Pacific in implementing a best-in-class sales enablement framework across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with dynamic teams across Sales Operations & Enablement and Bid Management.
Responsibilities
- Help keep key data and reports up to date across revenue, pipeline, and forecasts
- Support the bid pipeline by pulling together reporting that helps guide priorities and resourcing
- Check and maintain data accuracy across systems, spotting and fixing any inconsistencies
- Assist with managing sales tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and IBISWorld
- Work closely with Growth Ops, Marketing, and Bid teams to share information and support reporting needs
- Coordinate client and marketing activities (including events) and help with follow-up reporting
- Provide day-to-day support for Aon Connect (Oracle CRM), including basic troubleshooting and helping users navigate the system
- Assist with client feedback initiatives and support broader team projects
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data, reporting, and dashboards
- Experience with CRM or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Salesforce, Aon Connect)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups
