About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support for Keysight EDA products like ADS and SystemVue to existing customers.
• Assist with pre-sales technical support as part of the role.
• Respond to customer technical inquiries.
• Deliver customer training sessions.
• Understand customer issues and recommend solutions to meet their needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Product R&D and Sales teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide support via portal (Web), email, phone, and on-site visits.
• Offer technical support to customers using Keysight products.
• Educate customers to deepen their knowledge of Keysight EDA tools and effectively use simulation tools for design challenges.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics or physics with RF/microwave and Digital knowledge.
• Typically 3 to 8 years of practical experience in System design, Digital or Circuit design.
• Significant knowledge of one or several of Keysight EDA Tools (ADS).
• Significant background in non-Keysight EDA Tools like Sigrity, SIwave, HSPICE, HFSS environment.
• Good understanding of one or several of the following applications: High Speed Digital including Signal and Power Integrity, RFµW, Electromagnetic.
• Knowledge on Power Electronics is a nice to have expertise.
• Fluent in written and spoken Japanese.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with customers, Sales Organization and R&D.
• University degree or higher in electronics, physics, or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of practical experience in PCB design, high-speed digital applications, or RF/MW circuit design is desirable.
• Experience with Keysight EDA tools (ADS) or similar third-party tools (Sigrity, SIwave, HSPICE, HFSS) is desirable.
• Expertise in high-speed digital technologies (USB, DDR, Ethernet, etc.) and electromagnetic field analysis is desirable.
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python) are desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for working with customers, sales, and development departments.
• Japanese language proficiency for smooth business operations.
• English communication skills (TOEIC > 650 desirable).
