About the Role

Join Aon’s Strategy and Technology Group and help shape better decisions across the insurance industry by solving complex strategic challenges for leading insurers.

Responsibilities

• Structure, storyboard, plan and execute project workstreams.
• Develop hypotheses to address complex and unstructured client problems.
• Lead market research, financial and data analysis to support client outcomes.
• Contribute to client deliverables, reports, proposals and business development activity.
• Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and help build lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy consulting, broader consulting, or an insurance audit background.
• Experience leading workstreams, managing outputs and supporting project delivery.
• A collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity and commitment to personal development.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving, analytical and hypothesis-led thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas clearly.
