About the Role

The Solutions Engineering team is the key technical resource enabling Keysight to deliver high-performance, high-efficiency, and high-uptime solutions to semiconductor fabricator customers. This team supports customers across various semiconductor technologies and is crucial for ensuring their competitiveness in a fast-growing marketplace and demanding manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WTS Solution Engineers in the Americas, enabling technology adoption, fab modernization, and test optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and the Industry Solution Team to grow and sustain the semiconductor test business.
• Drive value-capture initiatives by enabling and dynamically managing the technical resource pool across the customer base.
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performance team of solution architects and engineers.
• Identify and mentor next-generation leaders.
• Dynamically allocate limited resources to capture profitable growth in services while balancing the need to act as primary pre- & post-sales engineering.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales, Business Development Roles.
• 5+ years in management or team leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading teams to successful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the Solutions Engineering role in Customer Success.
• Strong business acumen with ability to balance profit and growth.

• California and NY Pay Range MIN $234,750.00 MIDPOINT $312,990.00 MAX $391,240.00
• TX, AZ, OR Pay Range MIN $199,290.00 MIDPOINT $265,720.00 MAX $332,150.00
• For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
