Responsibilities
- Maintaining and growing your book of business while identifying new opportunities to expand Gallagher’s market share.
- Engaging with clients and prospective clients through meetings and presentations, delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
- Representing Gallagher at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Leveraging your knowledge of the insurance market to help clients navigate risk and achieve their goals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements
- Experience in the insurance industry, ideally 5 years.
- Ability to attract and retain clients in Property & Casualty insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Experience managing leads and converting prospects into sales.
- Knowledge of general insurance products and services.
