About the Role

Arcus FM is seeking a night shift Water Leak Technician to perform reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework across London stores. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and proactive works safely and to a high standard on refrigeration-based condensate pipework.
• Provide first-line response to water leaks, identify sources, and repair/replace faulty pipework and components.
• Clear blockages and maintain internal drainage systems, drop-down pipework, and dairy pump trays.
• Diagnose faults and failures with equipment and systems, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure jobs are completed within SLA timeframes and all relevant KPIs are met.
• Comply with Arcus health & safety procedures and client site requirements.
• Plan routes and manage daily workload, tracking and prioritizing aged work orders.
• Maintain a first-time fix work ethic.

Requirements

• Must be able to work nights.
• Flexibility on Sunday shifts as required by business needs.
• Sunday - Thursday, 45 hours per week.
• Must be available for an On-Call Rota (1-4 or 1-8) dependent on busy periods.
• A Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Skills

• Water leak or drainage works experience (advantageous).
• Basic plumbing knowledge.
• Basic Electrical knowledge (desired).
• IT competent (apps, emails, etc.).

Salary/Compensations

• £30,439 per annum
• Night shift allowance: £3,595 per annum
