About the Role
Join Lloyds Living as a Portfolio Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking to build a career in real estate, asset management, and property management. You will support portfolio performance, business planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making within the UK's growing Build-to-Rent and Single Family Rental portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of the national BTR & SFR portfolio.
- Coordinate key portfolio reporting, governance forums, and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain portfolio data, records, and management information.
- Analyze operational and financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and management information for senior stakeholders.
- Support annual business planning, budgeting, and rent-setting processes.
- Monitor leasing, occupancy, arrears, income, and cost performance.
- Support the mobilization of new assets and portfolios.
- Assist with portfolio reviews and valuation processes.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor performance and sector trends.
- Build relationships with internal teams and managing agents.
- Support day-to-day operational activities for effective portfolio management.
Requirements
- A degree (or expected degree) in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, or a willingness to develop them quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple workstreams.
- Naturally curious, commercially minded, and eager to learn.
- A genuine interest in real estate and asset management.
