About the Role

CSI International Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional night cleaner to maintain facility cleanliness. This role involves various cleaning tasks, securing the building, and ensuring a well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the building.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills using appropriate equipment.
• Independently lock up the facility and potentially arm alarms.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies.
• Collaborate with contract cleaning services when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Efficient time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
• Promptly communicate potential problems to supervisors.
• Safely use various cleaning supplies.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency with basic cleaning equipment.
