About the Role

Your goal is to ensure a smooth and unforgettable stay for our residents, who primarily live at our location for several months. Your responsibilities cover all community and reception activities, including guest services, event organization, breakfast preparation, coordinating maintenance, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide optimal guest support and act as the primary contact for all community inquiries and requests.
• Organize and execute community events, both free and paid, aiming for high resident satisfaction and social media buzz.
• Prepare the breakfast buffet and assist with guest service, including coffee and soft drinks.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks, ensuring adherence to standards and managing tickets in the Property Management System.
• Handle various administrative duties, such as invoicing.

Requirements

• Professional experience in hospitality, gastronomy, office management, team assistance, event management, or a similar field.
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks while maintaining composure in challenging situations.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, highly reliable, and a true team player.
• Enjoys community building, apps, and social media.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
