About the Role

Accelerate multi-site expansion during the "1 to 10" phase by leading business development. This role involves structuring challenges, prioritizing, and driving decision-making for robot implementation projects, ensuring project completion and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Design operational processes and execute robot implementation projects for the logistics industry.
• Structure challenges, constraints, and risks within complex implementation projects, leading decision-making by engaging customers and internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, product, operations, etc.).
• Organize realistic options and propose solutions considering trade-offs among stakeholders with differing interests and priorities.
• Consider optimal operational flow design by deeply understanding customer site requirements, work practices, and environmental conditions.
• Develop and drive schedules from pre-implementation preparation to operational launch.
• Evaluate operational performance, identify issues, execute improvement measures (develop performance metrics for operational efficiency and quality), and propose improvements for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in product management.
• Project management experience and experience driving projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of on-site operations and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize complex requirements and drive execution.
• Native level Japanese (for customer and on-site support).
• Business level English (for internal coordination and document creation).
