About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Associate to join our Tokyo team. Working under the direction of the Tokyo Sales Lead, you will handle client enquiries, understand buyer and seller requirements, recommend suitable properties, and consistently follow up on and progress sales opportunities. This position is suitable for someone with experience in Tokyo real estate sales who wants to further develop their career in the international residential property market.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to buyer and seller enquiries, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange property viewings, maintain regular follow-up, and progress sales opportunities.
- Conduct property due diligence and verify relevant ownership, building, management, legal and transaction information.
- Prepare property materials, proposals and transaction documents, and coordinate with internal and external parties.
- Develop listings, client relationships and referral channels, maintain accurate CRM records, and keep up to date with the Tokyo property market.
Requirements
- At least two to three years of real estate sales experience in Tokyo is preferred.
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
- Ability to conduct property due diligence and verify relevant property documentation.
- Confident, professional and comfortable working with international clients.
- Well-organised, responsive and able to manage multiple clients and follow-up actions simultaneously.
- Proactive, responsible and willing to continue learning.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business software.
