About the Role

The Investor Relations function is responsible for managing interactions with Coller Capital's global investor base. This role ensures investor needs are met professionally, efficiently, and promptly, contributing to Coller Capital's reputation as a global leader in the secondary market for private assets.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all investor queries appropriately and within 24 hours, including producing complex analysis requiring accounting, financial, tax, or regulatory knowledge.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Coller funds, financial reports, underlying investments, and the bespoke financial system to independently draft responses and contribute to investor collateral.
  • Return investors’ quarterly additional reporting requirements in a timely manner after accounts are released.
  • Support the Investor Relations Manager in producing quarterly reports, LP meeting materials, and other ad hoc materials.
  • Work closely with fund administrators to ensure a positive investor experience.
  • Maintain accurate information in the Salesforce CRM system to support investor relations and fundraising programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Investment Team, Finance, Tax, IT) and third-party administrators to ensure consistency in investor service.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to maintain Coller Capital's best-in-class investor experience.
  • Participate in update meetings and calls with investors where relevant.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree (minimum 2:1) or equivalent from a top-tier university.
  • Chartered Accountant/CFA/other professional qualification.
  • Experience in finance, accounting, banking, private equity, or asset management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
