About the Role

This role supports the development and operation of in-house electric vehicle (EV) charge points and manages the EV contracts framework. You will provide professional and procurement advice, ensure accurate invoicing and reporting, and maintain up-to-date contract documentation. The position also offers administrative support for invoicing and purchase orders for the Fleet Management service.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and operation of electric vehicle (EV) charge points.
• Manage the EV contracts framework.
• Provide professional and procurement advice and guidance to stakeholders and Council Members.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.
• Ensure contracts align with Council priorities, strategic policies, London-wide and national programs, policies, legislation, and statute.
• Keep all documentation, procedures, and systems used to manage the contract up-to-date.
• Provide administrative support for invoicing and raising purchase orders for the Fleet Management service.
