- Grounded in learning theory and adult learning concepts
- Ability to apply frameworks like ADDIE in a rapid, iterative way
- Proven program management skills
- Strong stakeholder influencing skills across cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating uncertainty to drive clarity and actionable solutions
- Exceptional writing skills, including distilling complex technical topics into simple language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
