About the Role

Spark Foundry, the Acceleration Agency, helps brands identify, learn, and respond to opportunities faster than the competition. We provide a launchpad for their future by accelerating their business goals, from short-term objectives to long-term transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless, end-to-end integration across channels, creative, and content activation.
  • Act as a connector across internal disciplines, external partners, and clients.
  • Simplify client inputs to identify critical communication needs.
  • Champion diverse, target consumers to create engaging experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage content and media partnerships to enhance media plans.
  • Navigate multifunctional agency teams and client relationships to deliver strong recommendations.
  • Ensure work reflects regional nuance while aligning with global brand strategy.
  • Develop effective, efficient, and exciting cross-channel media strategies with clear rationale.
  • Analyze research, media planning tools, and data to support recommendations.
  • Lead responses to strategy briefs and drive strategic projects.
  • Ensure strategy alignment and support for account, specialist, and network teams.
  • Leverage past campaign data and learnings to develop implementation guidelines and improve future campaigns.
  • Lead collaboration with creative agency partners.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable media planning and strategy experience with international exposure.
  • An assured presenter, confident and collected with excellent communication skills.
  • Naturally interested in people, their motivations, and how to influence behaviors.
  • Ability to understand human behavior, think laterally, problem-solve, and ask difficult questions.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in media planning tools.
  • Simple and effective use of PowerPoint for selling recommendations and producing guidelines.
  • Passionate about multi-media channel planning based on data-led insights.
  • Basic familiarity with Marketing Mix Modelling and other predictive or analytic methodologies.
  • A confident multitasker, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong account management skills to ensure seamless delivery, build trust, and develop effective working relationships.
  • Keen on new challenges and able to operate in a changing and flexible environment.
