About the Role
We are seeking to expand our team with 30 hours per week to enable even more children to have an equal start in life. You will help shape a place where children and their families feel welcome and where everyone interacts with respect and on equal terms.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the most important members of our society.
- Support children in developing their own abilities, observe and document developmental steps.
- Plan and integrate various activities with and for the children, such as excursions and long-term projects, into the daily routine.
- Engage in dialogue with parents and recognize them as partners in the educational process.
- Contribute to the continuous development of our daycare center and actively participate in shaping its concept.
Requirements
- Completed training as a state-recognized educator or an equivalent qualification according to the state's daycare center legislation.
- Ideally, experience working with children requiring integration support.
- Ability for open, appreciative, and clear communication with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Knowledge of current pedagogical and legal requirements.

About the Company
- Our Kita Maria Gnaden is located in the green district of Reinickendorf, easily accessible by public transport.
