About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will define solutions that enable finance teams to experience consumer-grade UX in their daily lives. You will lead end-to-end design projects, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation. Responsibilities include creating flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, planning and conducting user research and usability tests, owning the design system for efficient feature delivery, contributing to product strategy, and collaborating with Marketing on brand design for coherence.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects
- Work closely with engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation
- Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Plan and run user research and usability tests
- Own our design system to ensure efficient delivery of new features
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
- Collaborate with Marketing on our brand design, ensuring our app and communications feel coherent
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design
- Curiosity for people’s problems, and a drive to figure out best-in-class solutions for them
- Track record of shipping high‑impact product work in B2B or complex workflows
- Embraced AI capabilities to craft your designs
- A portfolio that clearly explains context, constraints, your decisions, and impact
