About the Role

In this dual study program, you will gain insights into the world of business through alternating theory and practice phases. You will study at HSBA Hamburg and take on responsible tasks in Business Transformation at EY in Berlin or Hamburg.

Responsibilities

• Support in planning complex transformation projects for national and international companies, including the application of classic and agile project management methods (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe).
• Participate in the development and implementation of innovative business models within transformation programs.
• Support the introduction of new processes and tools.

Requirements

• (Technical) university entrance qualification with good to very good grades in German, Mathematics, and English.
• Interest in economic contexts, financial processes, digitalization, transformations, and innovative topics in the areas of 'Business Consulting - Finance', 'Risk Consulting', or 'Business Transformation'.
• Very good communication skills in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
