About the Role

We are seeking a commercially-minded finance leader to manage the financial strategy for our Germany and AMEA Expansion Markets, establishing the groundwork for European expansion. • Lead the planning process, including monthly re-forecasting, annual planning, and scenario modeling, in collaboration with Group FP&A.
  • Partner with growth and operations teams to set CAC and payback targets, assess cohort performance, and optimize spend allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct commercial analysis on pricing, retention, margin, and expansion levers to identify opportunities and recommend trade-offs.
  • Develop dashboards and trackers for key German performance metrics (e.g., contribution margin, CAC, LTV, cash flow) to ensure business alignment.
  • Collaborate with Group Finance on reconciliations, cost allocation, and timely month-end closes to ensure clean and accurate financial operations.
  • Design financial systems and insights that can serve as a blueprint for future market expansions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, or banking, preferably within high-growth or tech-enabled businesses.
  • Proven experience owning P&L and end-to-end planning processes, ideally in a business with both consumer and operational complexity.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, and cash flow dynamics and their impact on long-term value creation.
  • Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to make smart, trade-off decisions.
  • Ability to move fast and bias toward action, even without complete information.
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex problems.
  • Commitment to owning outcomes and driving performance through insights.
