About the Role

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end project executions and lead a team of employees (up to 3 people on a project) who conduct structured analyses and primary research to gain new insights that inform client recommendations.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for client relationship building and development.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team by overseeing the day-to-day execution of client projects and guiding the individual development of junior colleagues.
• Lead workshops with various target audiences and present the most practical way to achieve lasting results based on insights at team and client meetings.
• Work in complex, highly dynamic contexts as a project manager and provide operational support by structuring analyses, leveraging engineering-based problem-solving methods.
• Actively contribute ideas to the company's development, participating in the advancement of technologies, methods, and consulting approaches.

Requirements

• +3 years of professional experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm, or equivalent experience applying analytical/engineering methods in a reputed organisation.
• Master's degree in Engineering (any discipline) from a top university, with an outstanding academic record; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
• Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements in previous roles.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence partners and executives.
• Strong quantitative and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical/engineering rigor into practical business recommendations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, knowledge, and application of Lean Testing, MVPs, disciplined experimentation, etc.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment.
• Customer-oriented, strong interpersonal skills to independently manage clients and teams.
• Initiative-taker, willing to explore new paths and create opportunities for others.
• Fluent in English and Italian is mandatory.
• Availability for international travel.
