About the Role

Intermate is one of the largest social media and influencer agencies in the DACH region. As part of SAMY, a global agency network, we offer international perspectives and opportunities for development across borders. Our clients include some of the world's most recognized brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead content productions with budgets up to six figures independently and manage the associated production team.
• Create project calculations and monitor budgets throughout the project duration.
• Take on the production of event projects, utilizing experience in event production.
• Own the pitch process for large brand accounts, developing compelling concepts and approaches.
• Be responsible for client communication and advise clients with expertise and passion.
• Flexibly manage both classic social projects and event productions, integrating them effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in content or production work, ideally in the social media environment.
• Practical experience in event production, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Genuine interest in working across both social and event production.
• Experience in independently managing budgets and calculations.
• Strong communication and consulting skills in direct client contact, including with large brand accounts.
• Organizational talent and ability to coordinate and lead production teams.
• Willingness to take on responsibility from the start.
