About the Role

This is a varied, cross-channel role working across Paid Search, Paid Social, Retailer, and all Programmatic channels for commercial clients. The role is client-facing and involves hands-on campaign management from strategy to optimization, requiring independent operation and collaboration with offline teams for integrated planning. You will also line manage a Senior Digital Account Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution across all digital channels, managing campaigns from strategical planning to optimisation and in-depth post-analysis with complete independence.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities, delegating effectively, maintaining team workload balance and quality output.
  • Oversee all account media plans and produce the bulk of client deck content.
  • Implement and troubleshoot more complex tagging/tracking across platforms and integrate reporting with clients owned systems.
  • Maintain all team operational processes and ensure diligence with no errors.
  • Coordinate with offline teams for holistic planning and ensure campaigns integrate across channels.
  • Manage weekly business level forecasting for all accounts and ensure all other financial processes are managed correctly.
  • Identify growth opportunities for accounts that contribute to driving incremental agency revenue.
  • Educate clients on industry developments such as AI, cookieless strategies, and emerging partners/platform opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
  • Maintain relationships with key media partner owners to stay at the forefront of testing opportunities and incentives.
  • Line manage a Senior Digital Account Executive, including setting performance growth objectives, providing feedback, and conducting weekly 121s.
  • Become a department champion in an area of expertise, including knowledge sharing sessions and organizing lunch and learns.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years advanced hands-on, implementational and strategical experience across core digital channels and platforms.
  • Independent media agency experience.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights that goes beyond dashboards.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Client-facing skills to build and maintain trust and rapport with stakeholders.
  • Experience in running full funnel campaigns and understanding of the cross-funnel relationship for long-term growth.
  • People management experience including development of juniors and the ability to manage upwards.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure & multi-task large projects.
