About the Role

In this dual study program for a Bachelor of Arts, you will gain exciting insights through alternating theory and practice phases. You will study at one of our partner universities. During your practical phases at EY, you will take on attractive tasks in the Assurance department at locations in Stuttgart, Munich, Nuremberg, Freiburg, Hanover, Eschborn, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Dortmund, or Berlin.

Responsibilities

• You audit quarterly, annual, and consolidated financial statements.
• You review business processes and identify potential business risks.
• You develop solutions to make our clients' accounting processes more efficient.
• You work in small teams and benefit from a mentoring program.

Requirements

• You have a completed (technical) university entrance qualification with good to very good grades in German, Mathematics, and English.
• You have an interest in economic contexts, a high affinity for numbers, and analytical thinking.
• You can communicate very well in German (minimum C1 level) and English (B2 level).
• You are agile and believe that a flexible mindset is as important for success as knowledge and skills.
• You are curious, ambitious, and engaged, thinking in opportunities rather than challenges and finding better solutions through targeted questions.
• You are team-oriented, value diverse perspectives, and enjoy working in a team to create a trusting work environment.
