About the Role
Support and manage all Post-Production technical workflows from image capture, media management, QC and delivery for internal and external production partners end-to-end. This role supports the Post-Production and Production Executives within the Production Management, Scripted team.
Responsibilities
- Day to day support of the Post-Production Executive in all technical and admin aspects end-to-end.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders and production partners to ensure all delivery paperwork is accurate and fully delivered as per technical specifications.
- Ownership and tracking of all post-production admin and data including management platforms, Silvermouse and Airtable and other relevant platforms or systems.
- Ensure all technical specs are accurate, tracked and updated in all systems/files.
- Management and communication to stakeholders of onboarding, deliverable masters, QC, outcomes and delivery deadlines.
- Set up and oversee technical specs and access to Frame IO to enable external Production Partners to share screeners.
- Media management and internal distribution of online media asset pre-TX.
- Technical support for Marcomms and partners across premieres, screeners and creation of DCP’s.
- Ad hoc support to wider Production team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year’s experience in a professional post environment.
- Good knowledge and understanding of all up-to-date broadcast workflows and production technology and processes including emerging tech such as AI.
- General understanding of offline, online, grade, audio, mastering and QC processes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, effectively managing multiple priorities, complex tasks and competing deadlines.
- Clear, concise, accurate and timely reporting and tracking.
- Proactively identify challenges and advocate strategic solutions.
- Able to build confidence and trust with stakeholders.
- Required to have the appropriate right to work in the UK.
