About the Role

Visium is seeking an Associate Partner to advise C-Level executives on AI & Data strategies and guide large-scale digital transformations. This role involves nurturing client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery, and contributing to the organization's growth.

Responsibilities

• Create and expand business opportunities, leveraging your network and collaborating with the business development team.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand Data and AI challenges, develop solutions, and support their implementation and scaling.
• Lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and provide leadership for delivery capabilities.
• Lead engagement teams in developing analyses, recommendations, and deliverables.
• Play an active role in practice development based on experience and growth appetite.

Requirements

• Director, Associate Partner/Partner level (or equivalent title) experience at a consulting firm.
• Data Science background and specialization across LifeScience & Healthcare.
• Proven track record of developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability managing a portfolio of healthcare clients generating 7 figures in revenues.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and in framing, designing, implementing, and scaling solutions.
• Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, with a creative and innovative vision.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, in English.
• French and/or German language skills are considered a plus.
