About the Role

Intermate is one of the largest social media and influencer agencies in the DACH region, developing social-first strategies, producing content in-house studios, collaborating with creators, and managing campaigns data-drivenly through proprietary technology. As part of the global SAMY network, we offer international perspectives and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead content productions with budgets up to six figures independently and manage the associated production team.
• Create project calculations and monitor budgets throughout the entire project duration.
• Be responsible for client communication and advise clients with expertise and passion.
• Coordinate various trades and service providers for productions and ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor timings, deliverables, and quality, making quick, sound decisions on-site when necessary.
• Contribute to the conception and proposal creation for client projects.
• Collaborate closely with adjacent teams to bring projects smoothly from idea to implementation.

Requirements

• Initial experience in content or production, ideally in social media or moving image.
• Experience in independently managing budgets and calculations.
• Strong communication and consulting skills in direct client contact.
• Organizational talent and the ability to coordinate and lead production teams.
• A good sense for timing, prioritization, and problem-solving under time pressure.
• Independent work ethic and willingness to take responsibility from the start.
• Enthusiasm for projects with renowned brand accounts and international relevance.
