About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help create a welcoming environment for children and families. You will play a key role in supporting children's development and fostering a positive community within our Kita.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the most important members of our society.
- Individually support children, observe and document developmental processes, and promote their development.
- Plan various activities with and for the children, such as excursions and long-term projects, and integrate them into the daily routine.
- Engage in dialogue with parents and educators, recognizing them as partners in the educational process.
- Contribute to the continuous development of our Kita and participate in shaping the institution's concept.
Requirements
- Completed training as a state-recognized educator or an equivalent qualification according to the state's Kita legislation.
- Ideally, experience working with children requiring integration support.
- Ability to communicate openly, respectfully, and clearly with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Knowledge of current pedagogical and legal requirements.
