About the Role
Join a well-established outpatient physical therapy clinic serving the Throggs Neck community for over 30 years. We offer a diverse caseload, flexible scheduling, monthly 1:1 mentorship, professional development, and a collaborative culture. Responsibilities
- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Experience with general outpatient orthopedics, either as a licensed Physical Therapist or during clinical rotations for new graduates
Work Type

Salary/Compensations
- $53–$60/Hr.
