About the Role
Anthony Nolan is seeking a Digital Advertising & Performance Manager to join their Marketing team. This role is crucial in delivering impactful, insight-led acquisition and engagement activity by managing in-house campaigns and agency relationships. The position supports various organizational objectives including brand, supporter engagement, register development, and income generation.
Responsibilities
- Manage in-house campaigns and agency relationships to deliver impactful, insight-led acquisition and engagement activity.
- Support brand, supporter engagement, register development, and income generation objectives across the organization.
- Oversee paid digital channels and platforms.
- Provide strategic input into broader digital activity.
- Manage a Digital Marketing Analyst to ensure measurement, continual learning, and a culture of best practice.
- Act as the in-house subject matter expert on digital paid advertising, performance marketing, and data privacy legislation.
- Share best practice across the organization.
- Line-manage the Digital Marketing Analyst to enrich understanding of digital audiences and engagement activity impact.
