About the Role

UiPath is seeking a Sales Engineer with expertise in SAP environments to drive automation and process improvement solutions. This role involves understanding client business needs, proposing UiPath solutions, and collaborating with SAP users, IT departments, and internal teams to create new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives on customer account strategy and proposal development.
Conduct client interviews with SAP users, business departments, and IT departments to identify challenges.
Propose solutions for SAP testing, test automation, and business process automation using UiPath products.
Deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Value (PoV) using UiPath.
Create proposals, solution outlines, and technical documentation based on client requirements.
Clearly explain technical details to both business and IT departments.
Support requirements definition, solution design, and proposal activities for SAP-related projects.
Collaborate with SAP, system integrators, and technology partners.
Liaise with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Share customer feedback and market needs with the internal product team.
Accumulate and share SAP-related proposal knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

Experience as a Delivery Member in SAP projects.
Experience creating proposals for SAP-related solutions as a Presales/Sales Engineer.
Knowledge or practical experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, FI, CO.
Experience communicating with SAP users, business departments, or IT departments.
Experience understanding client challenges and proposing solutions.
Experience with client presentations, demonstrations, and technical explanations.
Ability to explain complex technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience collaborating with teams in sales, consulting, implementation support, or system integration.
Business communication skills in Japanese.
Comfortable communicating in English.
PMO experience alone is insufficient without practical SAP module involvement or SAP proposal creation experience.
