About the Role
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician (Shift), your role is to undertake preventative and corrective maintenance on a baggage handling system incorporating automated storage cranes and specialised transport systems. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of all electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with WHS standards.
Responsibilities
- Undertake preventative and corrective maintenance on a baggage handling system.
- Perform fault finding on automated systems.
- Use data analytics to enhance system performance.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Conduct electrical maintenance inspections.
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems and components.
Requirements
- Australian Trade qualification with Certificate III in Engineering – Electrical.
- At least 3 to 5 years post trade experience as a Service Technician.
- Strong electrical background working on industrial automated equipment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
