About the Role

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking an Onsite Project Moderator with idiomatic fluency in Arabic to join our team for a new data collection project in London. This role involves assisting and guiding participants in a study involving an AI virtual assistant and ensuring the proper execution of study requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.

Responsibilities

Guide participants along the recording process
Provide updates to members of the production team
Handle basic troubleshooting of data collection technology
Assist participants by understanding project-provided documentation
Interact with participants and lead them through data collection projects
Acknowledge and resolve participants’ issues, escalate unsolved issues
Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal
Use Client tools to collect and track data
Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team
Communicate and coordinate with the project team
Interact with various hardware & software

Requirements

Available to work on-site in London, UK
Idiomatic fluency in one of the following Arabic varieties: Arabic (Iraq), Arabic (Syria), Arabic (Jordan), or Arabic (Egypt)
Available to work 8h/day for the duration of the project
Strong technical skills, especially with iOS and MacOS
Excellent oral communication skills (ability to lead a conversation with ease on different topics)
Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving
Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing scenarios
Experience in moderation, facilitation or similar roles
