About the Role
As part of our Transfer Pricing team, you will help clients navigate all aspects of transfer pricing. You will develop customized transfer pricing strategies and contribute innovative ideas to solve critical challenges, create sustainable results, and build trust in the economy and society.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of expert opinions on international transfer pricing inquiries with a strong focus on tax law.
- Assist the team in analyzing and structuring business processes for cross-border supply and service relationships.
- Advise companies on optimizing their tax strategies within the context of corporate structures and cross-border transactions.
- Guide clients through tax audits and objections, and defend their interests before tax courts and in international mutual agreement procedures.
- Plan, implement, and document cross-border transfer pricing systems.
- Support the acquisition of advance pricing agreements.
- Work on innovative approaches in transfer pricing to develop solutions for clients and leverage the global PwC network.
Requirements
- Successfully completed (business) law studies and legal clerkship.
- Passion for the intersection of law and business with an international focus.
- Willingness to contribute legal knowledge within an interdisciplinary team.
- Specialization in tax law during studies and legal clerkship.
- Initial experience through internships or early professional experience, or several years of professional experience.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
