About the Role

As a Document Manager for Infrastructure and Large-Scale Construction, you will play a key role in the successful realization of groundbreaking large-scale projects. Your mission is to conceptualize, plan, and implement needs-based document management and associated systems.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, plan, and implement needs-based document management and associated systems.
  • Optimize and standardize document processes.
  • Implement tools and templates in large projects.
  • Create reports.
  • Define system requirements.
  • Train employees.
  • Participate in project meetings.
  • Support project management.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in engineering with a focus on civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar, or a comparable degree.
  • At least five years of experience in document management, ideally in construction projects, construction project management, or large infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws (e.g., AHO, VOB, and HOAI).
  • Knowledge of specialized software and databases.
  • Ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
  • Team- and innovation-oriented work style.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 3 days per week.
  • Availability and salary expectations are required for the application.
