About the Role
As a Document Manager for Infrastructure and Large-Scale Construction, you will play a key role in the successful realization of groundbreaking large-scale projects. Your mission is to conceptualize, plan, and implement needs-based document management and associated systems.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and implement needs-based document management and associated systems.
- Optimize and standardize document processes.
- Implement tools and templates in large projects.
- Create reports.
- Define system requirements.
- Train employees.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Support project management.
Requirements
- Completed studies in engineering with a focus on civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar, or a comparable degree.
- At least five years of experience in document management, ideally in construction projects, construction project management, or large infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws (e.g., AHO, VOB, and HOAI).
- Knowledge of specialized software and databases.
- Ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Team- and innovation-oriented work style.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 3 days per week.
- Availability and salary expectations are required for the application.
