About the Role
Flaminia, a new Italian seafood restaurant at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, seeks experienced Restaurant Supervisors to lead the recently opened team. This role requires strong leadership to drive seamless operations and guest satisfaction in a high-volume, high-end dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead floor teams during peak services, oversee table readiness, and ensure consistent service standards.
- Coach waitstaff on upselling wine/beverages and manage guest interactions, including complaints.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for flawless execution of service.
- Provide polished table service, including wine pours and dish presentation.
- Maintain venue standards during peak service and ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in upscale restaurants.
- Proven wine knowledge and upselling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and events.
- RSA certificate.
- Professional appearance.
