Responsibilities
- Manage a full schedule of calls with existing clients to ensure they continue receiving our services.
- Follow up on Medicaid eligibility issues and obtain updated medical documentation from patients.
- Stay organized and ensure all processes are followed to retain patient services.
- Transfer qualified and converted callers to the appropriate departments and manage patient information in Salesforce.
- Work with diverse patients across New York State, providing top-notch customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole preferred.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong verbal skills, including listening, advising, and consulting.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience in home health care and knowledge of HHA Exchange is a plus.
