About the Role
Rockefeller Global Investment Management (RGIM) is seeking a Product Management Associate to support the development, management, and evolution of its investment product platform across the US and Europe. This role is central to the product lifecycle, from concept to ongoing management, requiring close collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to ensure operational robustness and growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end product development process from origination through launch, including approvals, regulatory readiness, legal agreements, offering documentation, and operational connectivity.
- Manage ongoing post-launch product activities, including modifications and enhancements; provide product expertise; manage workflow for subscriptions and redemptions; identify process improvements; respond to reporting requirements; and participate in special projects.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and serve as the internal repository of RGIM product knowledge, ensuring offering materials and processes are well-maintained and communicated.
- Manage key third-party relationships with external service providers, including fund administrators, fintechs, distribution platforms, and reporting services.
- Monitor and understand key variables impacting RGIM investment products in the US and Europe, including vehicle structures, competitive landscape, regulations, pricing, trends, commercial viability, and distribution channels.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of asset management or investment management product management experience required.
- Experience supporting traditional and alternative investment products across US and European markets.
- Process-oriented skill set with proven experience leading projects or applying project management skills in a team environment.
- Prior experience managing investment product activities and initiatives across traditional or alternative investments in the U.S. and Europe, specifically mutual funds, ETFs, Interval/Tender Offer Funds, UCITS, limited partnerships and hedge funds.
- Experience working with intermediaries and/or third-party fund platforms.
- Prior experience with European and cross-border intermediaries, distribution platforms, market knowledge and product structures would be very beneficial.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team, managing multiple assignments concurrently while meeting objectives and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and team skills, including effective communication with investors, distribution platforms, service providers, management, and financial advisors.
- Strong ability to develop, manage, prioritize, and implement operational plans consistent with strategic objectives.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
