About the Role

We are seeking an engineer to manage infrastructure operations design, transition, and improvement for on-premises and cloud (AWS/Azure) environments within our Cloud & ITO accounts. This role goes beyond simple operations, with a mission to design and establish operations that ensure stable system functioning.

Responsibilities

• System operations design (operations processes, procedures, monitoring design, etc.)
• Design of SLA/SLO and formulation of operational metrics
• Monitoring design (metric selection, threshold setting, alert design)
• Design and implementation promotion of operational automation
• Backup/recovery design
• Change management/release management process design
• Incident management/problem management process design
• Security operations design (vulnerability management, patch management, etc.)
• Capacity management/performance management design
• Standardization and maintenance of operations documentation
• Technical support and improvement proposals for operations teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT infrastructure operations experience
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure operations design (operations process design, monitoring design, etc.)
• Knowledge and practical experience of operations processes based on ITIL
• Experience operating cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) or on-premises environments
• Experience creating operations design documents and procedures
• Experience configuring monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Basic knowledge and experience in operational automation (scripting, etc.)
• Ability to read English documents and basic communication skills in English emails
