About the Role

As a leader in our Cloud & IT Outsourcing department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer environments, from design and construction to stable operation in cloud and on-premises settings. You will lead the operations team, oversee multiple projects, and drive standardization, automation, and cost optimization of infrastructure. This role utilizes major platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and VMware to optimize customer IT assets and promote digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead system operations for cloud and on-premises environments based on customer requirements.
Manage and lead operations teams (approximately 5-10 members).
Promote standardization and optimization of operational processes.
Design and implement advanced operational automation.
Formulate and manage SLAs with continuous improvement.
Handle escalations for incident and problem management.
Conduct operational reviews and reports with customers.
Direct complex troubleshooting and propose solutions.
Develop and execute operational improvement roadmaps.
Provide advice on new construction projects from an operational perspective.
Collaborate with and guide overseas offshore teams.

Requirements

Over 5 years of experience as a leader in projects, accounts, or operations teams.
Over 5 years of IT infrastructure operations experience.
Over 5 years of IT infrastructure design and construction experience.
Over 3 years of cloud environment (AWS, Azure, etc.) operations experience.
Experience in designing and improving ITIL-based operational processes.
Basic understanding and experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
Comprehensive operational knowledge of Linux/Windows/networks.
Customer interaction and operational reporting experience.
Ability to read English documents and basic communication via English email.
