About the Role

The Dornier Group is seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to join Dornier Power and Heat GmbH in Berlin-Spandau as a Site Manager for the Reuter West Power Plant. This role involves actively contributing to a sustainable future and driving the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-trade power plant projects in maintenance, repair, and documentation, including coordination with clients and customers.
• Lead and coordinate a team of up to 6 employees.
• Develop task specifications, cost calculations, and quotations.
• Plan, prepare, coordinate, and negotiate change orders.
• Prepare service records, project statuses, and cost analyses.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Support group development, marketing, and personnel concepts for the Solid Group.

Requirements

• Completed degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the described area of responsibility, project management, and team leadership.
• Experience with software tools for plant component design and knowledge of CAD programs.
• Proficient MS Office skills.
• Independent work style, holistic thinking, resilience, teamwork, and assertiveness.
• Fluent German (C2 level) and good English language skills.
