About the Role

As People & Culture Advisor, you will oversee our people, supporting management across diverse properties with an emphasis on nurturing, growing, and retaining talent. You will collaborate with a centralized support services team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary issues, providing guidance to management.
  • Conduct and guide performance reviews, oversee training initiatives, and foster high-performing talent.
  • Plan, execute, and facilitate training programs and drive recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Offer support to the injury management team regarding Workers Compensation claims.
  • Assist with recruiting and selecting key operational positions.
  • Organize and coordinate reward and recognition events and activities, collaborating with operational stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources advisory or business partner role.
  • Preference for prior experience in the Hospitality or Tourism sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Inclination toward collaborative problem solving.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, workplace relations, occupational health and safety, and legislative compliance.
  • Self-reliant, demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, meticulousness, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering focus on detail.
