About the Role

As a member of the Finance Department's Accounting and Finance Division at TD SYNNEX Corporation, this position will be responsible for accounting and financial operations. As an accountant, you will support daily cash management in addition to executing the accounting closing process, providing high-quality information to various stakeholders through accurate financial reporting, including identifying and raising issues. In the future, as a core member of the finance department, you will deepen your expertise while handling a wide range of accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing operations
• All closing operations related to selling, general, and administrative expenses (including salaries)
• All closing operations for subsidiaries (EC business) and creation of consolidated report materials for headquarters
• Daily banking operations related to cash management
• Support for cash flow forecasting
• Securitization of receivables (including coordination with banks)
• Support for company law audits
• Support for tax returns (corporate tax, consumption tax)
• Participation in internal projects
• Promotion of operational improvements

Requirements

• Basic understanding of accounting and closing operations
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting-related operations
• Ability to understand operations and business practices and connect them to accounting processes
• Teamwork skills and ability to build cooperative relationships with other departments
• Basic IT skills and fundamental knowledge of ERP
• Experience with audit response and tax-related matters is desirable
• Possession of Nikkai Boki Level 1-2 is desirable
• Experience in operational improvement or IT-related projects is desirable
• Understand one's role within their organization, exercise self-leadership, and exert influence to fulfill that role
• Recognize problems with proactivity and initiative, and aim to propose and execute solutions
• Possess ownership and a sense of responsibility as a professional, and strive to achieve results beyond expectations
• Ability to appropriately adapt actions to changing environments and processes
