About the Role
Tomlinson's Feed is seeking a passionate individual to join their family-owned, friendly, and fur-filled workplace. This role focuses on providing world-class customer service and promoting healthy pet nutrition.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a constant presence on the sales floor, assisting guests and actively selling core products to meet sales goals.
- Build rapport with guests and ensure customer service and satisfaction exceed expectations.
- Unload shipments, rotate stock, and assist in maintaining an inspection-ready store.
- Support and advocate for company and store leadership initiatives.
- Uphold the company's reputation, culture, and vision by building guest relationships through high service levels and pet-focused selling.
- Ensure the store's aesthetic compliance with Tomlinson's Brand Standards.
- Maintain a well-lit, well-stocked, clean, and clutter-free store environment that is welcoming to shoppers.
- Keep the store inspection-ready at all times.
- Communicate constantly with store leadership regarding store operations and needs.
- Attend all required store meetings and trainings.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly for stocking and guest carry-outs.
- Must be on your feet for the majority of the shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Salary/Compensations
- Starting wage is $15 per hour.
