About the Role

Advance Capital Group's Digital Workplace and AI Enablement strategy by partnering with business teams to identify opportunities, leading the delivery and adoption of Microsoft tools like Copilot, and translating strategy into actionable product plans. This role involves combining product management discipline, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement to achieve business outcomes and directly managing a team of Product Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Advance Digital Workplace and AI Enablement strategy.
  • Partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve how work gets done.
  • Lead the delivery and adoption of Microsoft tools, including Copilot, to enhance productivity and user experience.
  • Translate Digital Workplace strategy into actionable product plans and execution.
  • Combine strong product management discipline, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Directly manage and develop a team of Product Managers, ensuring strong execution and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in product management.
  • Experience leading initiatives and developing others.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing or mentoring individuals and driving team outcomes.
  • Intellectual curiosity about AI and motivation to apply tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • Organized, results-oriented, and comfortable managing complex initiatives end to end.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders and functions.
  • Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Deep experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms, especially Copilot.
  • Experience guiding end-user adoption of technology through effective change management practices and data-informed decision making.
