About the Role
The Count Team Attendant reports directly to the Count Team Supervisor and is responsible for the collecting, counting, and reconciling of gaming revenue in accordance with policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, count and verify currency and cash equivalents from each table drop box and gaming machine note stackers during counts in accordance to policies procedures and statutory requirements
- Follow compliance, safety, and company standards
- Report incidents, risks, and operational issues promptly
- Maintain positive relationships with regulators and internal teams
- Provide professional customer service and resolve/escalate concerns
Requirements
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and repetitive work environment
- Exceptional understanding of gaming SOP’s, ICMs, and Casino Control Act and Regulation
- Unquestionable integrity with demonstrated calm and profession disposition
- Ability to work autonomously, with high attention to detail and a structured and methodical approach
- Must have availability across Friday – Sunday
- Eligibility checks are required as part of the recruitment process and ongoing employment for this position.
