About the Role
Repeat Builders provides a validated MVP with existing demand, committed capital, and founder equity to build a company from day one. You will own the technical direction, product development, and engineering foundation of a new venture.
Responsibilities
- Ship a working product surface fast enough to get real market feedback within the first sprint cycle.
- Make build, buy, or AI-assist decisions on significant technical choices.
- Establish the engineering foundation for a small team, including repository and CI/CD.
- Transform validated demand into shipped, tested product, collaborating with co-founders and Repeat Builders.
- Adapt based on user feedback, moving from assumption to validated product.
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping real products in demanding environments (fast-growing startups or strong engineering teams).
- Experience with AI in building, utilizing coding and agent tools effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to make and own significant technical or product decisions with incomplete information.
- Ability to operate with pace under uncertainty and make consequential calls on partial information.
- Direct and high-signal communication with co-founders and support teams.
- Willingness to raise difficult issues early.
